Pacifica vs Flexport
Flexport moves the freight. Pacifica holds the order the freight belongs to.
What Flexport is built for
Flexport is a digital freight forwarder and customs broker: it quotes, books and moves ocean and air shipments, handles customs, and gives shippers a platform to track those shipments, manage documents and see landed cost for the freight it handles.
What it leaves in email
Shipments moved by other forwarders — or booked by the supplier under CIF — aren't on it. Nor is the part of the order before booking (samples, quotations, PO confirmation, production) or after delivery (invoice, payment, inspection, claim), or the supplier's and customer's view of any of it.

When Flexport is the right choice
You want one forwarder to quote, book, move and clear most of your freight and give you a modern platform over those shipments.
Can they work together?
Usually yes. Keep Flexport for what it does well; let Pacifica read the emails, ERP records and carrier events around each order so the order page is current for you, your suppliers and your customers.
