Pacifica vs Precoro
Precoro decides whether to buy. Pacifica follows what happens once you did.
What Precoro is built for
Precoro is a procurement tool for small and mid-size companies: purchase requests, approval workflows, budgets, purchase orders, receipts and three-way matching with invoices, with integrations to accounting systems like QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite.
What it leaves in email
Once the PO is approved and sent, the rest of the order — the supplier's confirmation, the ETD, the bill of lading, the certificate that expired, the invoice the supplier is chasing — happens in email. Precoro is not built to read it, and suppliers are not its users.

When Precoro is the right choice
Your main problem is internal — who may buy what, within which budget, with what approval — rather than what happens to the order after it leaves the building.
Can they work together?
Usually yes. Keep Precoro for what it does well; let Pacifica read the emails, ERP records and carrier events around each order so the order page is current for you, your suppliers and your customers.
