How to use it
Fill in what you know; leave the rest blank. Duty is applied to the CIF value, which is how most customs authorities assess it — if yours assesses on FOB, set freight and insurance to zero in the duty base by entering duty as a fixed amount under 'other'. Use units received, not ordered.
